Refund policy
We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at https://a-t-aromas.myshopify.com
All we ask is that you:
- First email us within 14days of delivery at a.t.aromas@hotmail.com with your name, order number and reason for your return.
- Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused.
If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded, only the cost of the products returned will be refunded.
It is not likely that you will receive your wax melts broken but due to the nature of the products they may occasionally break in transit. This does not affect the scent of the products in any way.
We will assess refunds or exchanges for the above reason on a case by case basis.
